Leader of the New Force, Nana Kwame Bediako also known as Freedom Jacob Caesar has said he is not seeking power to milk the nation but to create enabling environment where its people can create wealth.
To him Ghana’s economy is struggling because, the people at the helm of affairs lack the solution to the country’s problems.
“What Ghana lacks is people with solution. I speak for the youth, if the youths prosper, the nation prosper, if everybody is happy, the economy booms, if the people are sad, it affects the the nation. It’s been 40yrs of disappointments, I am in to give the people hope. My vision is not to milk the nation. Because, I am not poor, my vision is to ensure people prosper” he told Aduanaba Kofi Asante Ennin on Wonsom; a weekend political show on Akoma 87.9fm.
To him, the only means to realise his vision for the country is to become the leader of the country.
“I see power as the only means to build the youth. Power provides enough avenue to create that enabling environment. The President has power to build industries, the President has power to formulate policies. So yes, I need that power to realise my vision for the people. The new force has come to emancipate Ghana,” he said.
When a question on the Belgian came up during his interview with the host, Kofi Asante, Cheddar said he would bring back his deported Belgian spokesperson when the time is due.
“I will bring Shalimar back when the time is due. You allow thousands of Chinese to destroy our land through galamsey but will deport Shalimar?” he queried.
The founder and leader of the New Force is currently on a week’s tour of the Ashanti Region dubbed “Listening Tour.”
