A 7-member jury has found twelve accused persons standing trial for the alleged murder of Major Maxwell Mahama guilty of conspiracy to commit murder and committing murder.
Two others, Bismark Donkor and Bismark Abanga were found not guilty of conspiracy to commit murder.
Among the convicts was the assemblyman of Denkyira-Obuasi, William Baah, who was also found guilty of abetment to commit crime namely murder.
