Ghana has recorded six additional deaths as regards the coronavirus pandemic.
In its latest update released on Sunday, August 30, the Ghana Health Service (GHS) said 87 new cases were confirmed.
This has shot the total cumulative cases to 44,205.
By the new deaths, the number has risen from 270 to 276.
The recoveries-cum-discharges continue to rise marginally as the number is currently 42,777.
This has seen a tremendous reduction in the number of active cases under care and management.
The active cases are now 1,152.
