
Ghana FA communications director Henry Asante Twum has revealed exciting travel plans as the Black Stars gear up for a crucial World Cup qualifier.
According to Twum, the technical team members in Ghana and home-based players are scheduled to leave for Morocco at dawn.
Ghana will conduct three training sessions in Morocco prior to their match on Wednesday. Otto Addo is expected to have the full squad by Monday, creating the ideal environment for thorough preparation ahead of the clash at Stade d'Honneur de Meknes scheduled for October 8, 2025.
“Today at dawn we leave Ghana that is those that are here technical team members that are here and home based players here will leave at dawn. Technical staff those outside too will meet us there on Sunday and the players will start arriving most of them will play tomorrow so when they complete their games then they meet the team in Casablanca. Those that will play on Sunday will also join us in Casablanca in the evening,” he told Peace FM as monitored by Ghanasoccernet.com.
The Black Stars, chasing a fifth World Cup appearance, currently top Group I with 19 points and have just two fixtures left in the qualification race.
