Ghana international Alexander Djiku has shared his excitement after making his first appearance for Russian Premier League giants, Spartak Moscow.
Djiku, who recently joined the Russian outfit started and played full throttle of the match, helping the club secure an important away draw against Dinamo Moscow on Saturday at the VTB Arena.
Spartak Moscow broke the deadlock in the 19th-minute mark through Levi Garcia. However, the host swiftly responded with an equalizer through Bitello in the 26th-minute.
Before the halftime break, Bitello found the back of the net again to extend the lead for Dinamo Moscow in the much-anticipated clash.

However, Djiku has taken to social media to celebrate his debut for the Russian giants, while promising to do more for the club.
“First minutes with my new Team, just the beginning. Let’s keep pushing” he wrote on social media.
The Black Stars defender joined Spartak Moscow last week, signing a two-year deal from Fenerbahce.
