Ghana defender Abdul Baba Rahman was in action for PAOK FC on Sunday evening, helping the side to secure a hard-fought 2-1 victory against OFI Crete in the Greek Super League.
The full-back started in defense for his team in their Round 3 fixture of the 2025/26 Greek top-flight league.
In the game played at Apostolos Nikolaidis Stadium in Athens, Baba Rahman looked very sharp from the start of the contest, assisting Magomed Ozdoev to score in the 10th minute to give PAOK FC an early lead.
Later in the 24th minute, PAOK FC doubled their lead, this time Magomed Ozdoev turned the provider, setting up Dimitrios Pelkas for the second goal.
PAOK FC could have made it 3-0 in the 66th minute when they were awarded a penalty kick. Unfortunately, Andrija Zivkovic, who stepped up to convert, missed from 12 yards.
OFI Crete managed to equalise in the 75th minute through Thiago Nuss but could not recover from the two goals conceded in the first half as Baba Rahman and his teammates held on to earn all three points at full-time.
Rahman, 31, is playing his third season with PAOK FC and remains a key player for the Greek side.
