Former Hearts of Oak management member Aziz Haruna Futa has urged the club’s leadership to give full backing to head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani as he builds his project with the team.
Dramani, who previously handled the Black Stars and Asante Kotoko, was appointed before the start of the 2025/26 campaign and has made a promising start to life with the Phobians.
Hearts have lost only once in nine league outings, amassing 16 points to sit fifth on the table.
Speaking to Sporty FM, Haruna Futa said Dramani deserves long-term support to lay a solid foundation for sustained success.
“Didi Dramani is not a bad coach. He needs time and a project," he said.
“The club needs a project, whether for six years or more, so the coach can work," Haruna Futa added.
Hearts of Oak, who suffered defeat to rivals Asante Kotoko last weekend, will next face Swedru All Blacks in a Matchday 10 clash at the Swedru Sports Stadium.
