Dreams FC head coach Winfred Dormon insists his side will soon turn their fortunes around in the Ghana Premier League despite suffering three straight defeats at the start of the 2025/26 campaign.
The Still Believe outfit have endured a frustrating opening to the season, scoring only once while conceding four goals across their first three fixtures.
Their latest setback came against Young Apostles, leaving them second from bottom with no points on the table.
Yet, Dormon remains upbeat about the team’s progress and is convinced that positive results are imminent.
“We are playing some good football. If you watch all three games we’ve played â the Heart of Lions game, the second game against Hearts of Oak â this team really played well. Today [against Young Apostles], in the first half, we were off,” he said.
He added: “The team really, really played very well. It’s just that the results are not coming. But I believe if we keep working, if we keep believing, if we keep pushing these players, the results will come. It’s just a matter of time.”
Dreams FC will hope to register their first points of the season when they host Vision FC at Dawu this weekend, a fixture Dormon sees as another opportunity to prove his team’s progress.
