The head coach of FC Samartex, Christopher Ennin, has expressed his satisfaction with the team’s draw against Nations FC in the Ghana Premier League.
The gaffer and his team played against their Week 3 opponent of the 2025/26 Ghanaian top-flight league campaign on Sunday.
In the game played at Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex, both teams gave it their all but failed to find the back of the net, forcing the teams to share the spoils.
Speaking in his post-match interview, Christopher Ennin argued that his team is happy with the point but stressed that it is important to fight for a win in their next outing.
“Coming to play here and getting a draw, I think it's not a bad thing, but I still need to work so that we get the win, because three draws, I think we are still behind. We have to work and bounce back,” Christopher Ennin said.
The coach continued, “I need to work on the attacking. This week we work on the attack, but we need to do more.”
Three points from three matches, Samartex will now prepare for a win in their next encounter against Aduana Stars.
