English Premier League trophy arrives in Ghana
The English Premier League trophy has landed in Ghana for a mini tour in the capital, Accra.The trophy, which is the real, was unveiled at a gathering in Accra with Ghana legends John Painstil and John Mensah gracing the occasion.The title won by Manchester City last season will be on display in Labone on Sunday, with fans of the most popular league expected to come catch a glimpse of the trophy.Painstil, who played for West Ham United, Fulham and Leicester City during his time in England, jokingly disclosed it was the closest he has come to the title.I am very happy to at least witness this.
