King Faisal coach Prince Acheampong dead

He was 52 years old.Acheampong had been hospitalized for several days before succumbing to the undisclosed ailment on Tuesday afternoon. He was appointed as King Faisal's head coach in January 2025, replacing Barnabas Awuni.The football community has been shocked by the news, with Asante Kotoko expressing their sadness and offering prayers for Acheampong's family, loved ones, and the entire King Faisal fraternity.Acheampong had a notable coaching career, with stints at Dunkwa United, Fabulous Ladies FC, and the Porcupine Warriors.He also achieved success with Opoku Ware School (OWASS) and T.I.
