Kofi Adams promises stipends to local players to avoid mass exodus

We will modernise the Winneba Sports College so that coaches will be trained there to help the league technically, Adams said.Adams acknowledged that many of Ghana's top players leave the country due to better financial opportunities abroad.To address this, he proposed providing players with stipends to encourage them to stay and compete in the GPL.We will also retain players by giving them some stipend so that they dont go to other countries to play, Adams added.
