The human science specialist have studied prisons.
Prisons are fascinating thing to study.
No wonder the series called Prisons Break was so captivating to watch!
When you are a human being, what you do is normally in the context of society.
Society is nothing more than a system of normalised averages.
For there to be order in any system that seeks to grow, we write and codify norms such as good behaviour, rules, etiquette and laws into that system.
So what society does is to follow the system – that create the average for the average human being.
That is why we are told to go to school, get good education, marry and give birth and it is as result of this system of normalised averages.
So the moment you decide not to adhere to this system of normalised averages, society deals with you in the mode of you being like a prisoner.
The minute you break away from society’s averages, they do to you what they do to those in prisons. You are labelled as misfit, you are isolated.
When you break the laws, we imprison you. Why? Because if we remove you from the broader society, we punish you.
The human being, by the very nature, needs interaction.
When you are in prison and you do something wrong, they put you in isolation and this is the single most powerful form of punishment in life.
No matter how tough you are, isolation will break you.
So now on this path you have chosen, is it going to break the very vital of who you are as a human being or you are going to accept the tag of being a normalised average.
Your guess is as good as mine.
Think about it!
