Child Labour, but Who Says?
If you were a teenager at the time of Ghana's independence, you stood a good chance of getting a gGovernment scholarship to travel overseas, and you, at the same time, could be sent to a country which didn't use "The Queen's English." You would be sent first to a school, where daily you would be learning "some language." Six months later, in the scenario in Germany for example, you would have to pass the language test.
