Wonder Victor Kutor, a seasoned lawyer and management consultant, has been appointed as a board member of Ghana Oil Company (GOIL).
His nomination was confirmed in a letter from the Presidency, formalizing his role in shaping the future of Ghana’s leading oil marketing company.
Kutor’s appointment comes alongside the nomination of Edward Abambire Bawa as Group CEO and Managing Director of GOIL, as part of President John Dramani Mahama’s broader energy sector strategy.
Who is Wonder Victor Kutor?
A legal and management expert, Wonder Victor Kutor holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London. He also has a Professional Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law and a Master of Arts in Public Affairs from the University of Ghana.
Kutor previously served as Deputy Director of Legal Affairs at the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) and has experience as a law lecturer. His past roles include working as a research assistant at the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum and serving as an elected member of the National Executive Committee of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
