President Mahama continues Thank You Tour in Western and Central Regions

President John Mahama is set to continue his nationwide Thank You Tour with visits to the Western and Central Regions, expressing gratitude for the overwhelming support he received in the December 7 election.

The tour resumes today, February 5, in Sekondi, where a grand event will take place at the Sekondi Methodist Park at 2 PM.

Thousands of supporters, party executives, and government officials are expected to gather to celebrate the National Democratic Congress (NDC)’s victory.

Tomorrow, February 6, the President will head to the Central Region for another major event at Jubilee Park in Cape Coast, also scheduled for 2 PM.

Large crowds of residents and party loyalists are anticipated to welcome him as he continues to engage with Ghanaians.

This follows his successful visit to the Volta Region, where he thanked supporters for their strong backing and reiterated the NDC’s commitment to unity and national development.

His engagements have been marked by reassurances of fulfilling campaign promises and listening to citizens’ concerns.

The Thank You Tour is not only a celebration of electoral success but also a platform for direct engagement with the people.
