The new Acting Director-General of the State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA), Professor Michael Kpessa-Whyte has held his maiden strategic meeting with the management of the agency.
He indicated that he looked forward to sharing ideas and contributing to making Ghana better.
“I had three important strategic meetings on my first day @sigaghana yesterday. I held Executive Committee, Management Committee, and General Staff Meetings. Fantastic team! I’m looking forward to learning more, sharing ideas, and contributing to making Ghana better,” he wrote on his X page.

Following the announcement of his appointment by President John Dramani Mahama Professor Kpessa-Whyte said that his mission is simple: utmost service to the nation.
He wrote on his X page that “Your Excellency @JDMahama I wish to thank you most sincerely for the opportunity to serve Ghana once again in your administration. The mission is simple: utmost service to the nation. I’m very grateful, Mr. President. I will give it my very best.”
