A Ghanaian man, David Appiah is aiming to break the Guinness World Record for the longest continuous speech by an individual.
David, a senior resource manager and engineer will begin his attempt on Tuesday, June 25, 20224 at the World Trade Centre in Accra.
David intends to deliver his speech for an impressive 100 hours, 10 minutes and 10 seconds to beat off the current record of 90 hours and 2 minutes.
It is held by Ananta Ram KC from Nepal. David while addressing a press conference at the Silver Star building in Accra said his attempt is to motivate and inspire the youth.
The engineer will join the tall list of ambitious Ghanaians such as Afua Asantewaa, Chef Faila, Chef Smith and one-year-old Ace Liam who have attempted to break a Guinness World Record.
The latest Ghanaian world record holder is the one-year-old Ace Liam who hold the record for the Youngest Male Artist.
