West Ham star Mohammed Kudus has expressed high praise for young midfielder Emmanuel Danso, whom he considers the “best player he has ever played with.”
Despite Danso not being widely recognised, Kudus believes in his immense quality and potential to reach the top level. The two players have a history together, having crossed paths in their academy days in Ghana.
Kudus, in an interview with Sky Sports, reminisced about their time together, stating, “I played with him way from Ghana in the academy when I was growing up. He is one of the best players I have played with. I have played with a lot of players, there is a lot you know from here [West Ham] and Ajax but he is the one.”
He further elaborated on Danso’s abilities, highlighting his skills as a midfielder with adept passing abilities.

Later, in August 2022, he made a move to Norwegian club Strømsgodset, signing a two-and-a-half-year contract.
His professional debut for Strømsgodset came in a 6–0 Eliteserien victory over Jerv on 21 August 2022, where he entered the field as a second-half substitute for Johan Hove.
With a market value of €250,000 according to transfermarkt, Danso primarily operates as a central midfielder but excels in the defensive midfielder role.
