The Assemblyman involved in the murder of the late Major Mahama has been found guilty of abetment of crime.
The verdict was issued by the High Cout in Accra on January 29.
The summary of the verdict, with regard to the other accused persons, is as follows:
Bernard Asamoah A2 – Guilty of conspiracy to commit murder and murder (Unanimous)
A3 Kofi Nyame – Guilty of conspiracy to commit murder and murder (Unanimous)
A4 Akwasi Baah – Guilty of conspiracy to commit murder and murder (Unanimous)
A5 Kwame Tuffour – Guilty of conspiracy to commit murder and murder (Unanimous)
A6 Joseph Appiah Kubi – Guilty on both charges (unanimous)
A7 Michael Anim – Guilty on both charges (Unanimous)
A8 Bismark Donkor – Not guilty of conspiracy to commit murder (Unanimous)
A9 John Bosie – Guilty of conspiracy (unanimous)
A10 Akwasi Asante – Guilty of both (Unanimous)
A11 Charles Kwaning – Guilty of both (Unanimous)
A12 Emmanuel Badu – Guilty of conspiracy (Unanimous)
A13 Bismark Abanga – Not guilty of conspiracy to commit murder (unanimous)
A14 Kwadwo Animah – Guilty of conspiracy to commit murder (Unanimous)
