Hearts of Oak coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has admitted that his side is being faced with a goalscoring challenge.
His remarks come after the Phobian Club suffered a 1-0 loss against Medeama SC at the TNA Park on Sunday in the Matchday 17 games.
A second-half goal by Salim Adams secured the win for the Yellow and Mauve to tighten their stay at the top.
Hearts of Oak have so far scored 11 goals and have conceded seven goals, with a goal difference of four.
Speaking to the media after the game, Dramani admitted that his side is facing a goalscoring challenge.
“Absolutely, goalscoring is really a problem. You saw the chance we had in the first half and the one in the second half," he said.
"These chances you don’t miss them, but we’re still in work in progress," Dramani added.
The defeat leaves Hearts of Oak fifth on the league table with 28 points. They will look to bounce back when they face Hohoe United in their Matchday 18 fixture.
