Ghana international Antoine Semenyo put up a good performance for AFC Bournemouth on Saturday, helping Bournemouth to secure victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League.
The Black Stars forward started and played full throttle of the match as Bournemouth cruised to a narrow victory over their opponent in matchday two of the English top-flight.
Semenyo played a pivotal role, assisting the only goal of the much-anticipated clash, held at the Vitality Stadium.
Bournemouth wasted no time in opening the scoring, with Semenyo setting up England international Marcus Tavernier to slot home the first goal of the match.
Both teams put up a good performance throughout the game, but with no additional goal in the match, the host cruised to victory to secure maximum points.
The former Bristol City attacker has been impressive since the commencement of the Premier League campaign, scoring two goals and setting up an assist. He netted a brace against Liverpool but it was not enough to save his outfit from defeat in the league opener last weekend.
Having contributed three goals after just two games, Semenyo will be hoping to maintain his form throughout the 2025/26 football season.
