Heart of Lions defender Ebenezer Abban target GHALCA top 4 title

Heart of Lions defender Ebenezer Abban has set sights on securing the GHALCA top 4 title, which commences on August 20, 2025.

The Kpando-based outfit will battle it out with Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko, as well as Ghana Premier League champions, Bibiani Goldstars at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The four-day tournament promises to be a thrilling one as both teams will be yearning for the accolade to bolster their preparation for the 2025/26 season.

Abban, who recently earned a call up into the Black Stars has reiterated his outfit readiness to annex the GHALCA top 4 title

“The expectation is to win the GHALCA top 4. Our fans should expect the trophy. It’s not going to be a difficult tournament” he said.

Abban, who is the captain of Heart of Lions is expected to play a huge role for the club as they gear up for the Cup competitions next week.
