
Ghanaian shot-stopper Kofi Mensah has joined Sudanese topflight side Al Ahly Wad Madani.
The 28-year-old shot-stopper signed a deal to join the Wad Medani-based club after leaving Ghana Premier League side Nations FC.
"Kofi Mensah. Welcome to Al Ahly Wad Madani," wrote the club on social media.
Mensah is expected to play a huge role at the club as Al Ahly Wad Madani strives to break the duopoly of Al Hilal and Al Merrick in the Sudanese league.
The former Medeama SC goalkeeper arrives with enormous experience, having featured for Power Dynamos of Zambia and Ashantigold in the Ghana Premier League.
The agile shot-stopper leaves Ghana for Sudan after an incredible 27 clean sheets in 65 Premier League appearances.
