
As part of preparation for the upcoming Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, the Black Queens of Ghana have arrived in Cote D’Ivoire for 2 scheduled International Friendlies.
The senior national team according to the FIFA International Match calendar, from 27 May – 4 June 2025 are Type I window available for all confederations to play 2 matches. The team will play a game on 30th May and 3rd June.

Under the current Kim Lars Bjorkegren, the team have engaged Morocco and Senegal in friendlies. However, Kim’s side have only recorded a win in 3 matches against Senegal.
The coach will be hoping to use these friendlies to fine tune his squad ahead of Ghana’s return to the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations. The Queens are in Group C with Mali, Tanzania and South Africa.
