The 2026/27 UMB Division One League begins this weekend, with clubs across Zone Three starting their campaigns in pursuit of promotion to next season’s Ghana Premier League.
Zone Three’s schedule opens with two matches on Friday before the remaining teams are involved across Saturday and Sunday.
Accra Lions will host Golden Warriors at the University of Ghana Stadium, while newly promoted 7th Wave FC will begin life in the division against True Democracy at the Tuba Astro Turf.
Saturday’s programme includes Okwahu United’s meeting with Semper Fi, alongside Golden Kick FC’s fixture against WAFA SC.
The opening weekend concludes with two further matches on Sunday. Former Premier League champions Accra Great Olympics will face Attram De Visser, while Kotoku Royals will play Inter Allies.
