Black Queens defender Comfort Yeboah has expressed her excitement after scoring her first goal for the national team on Tuesday afternoon in their 4-0 thumping of Egypt.
The youngster was in action for Ghana in the second leg clash of the tie against Egypt in the qualifiers for the 2026 CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
In the match played at Accra Sports Stadium, Comfort Yeboah put up a top performance and capped it off with a stunning strike in the second half.
Reacting to what is her first goal for the Black Queens, the full-back shared her delight and urged Ghanaians to continue supporting the team.
“Keep supporting us so that the team can go far. We thank you all. I’m very happy that I scored my first goal for the Black Queens in the big win against Egypt,” Comfort Yeboah said.
Following the big win against Egypt, the Black Queens of Ghana have qualified for the 2026 WAFCON in Morocco with a 7-0 aggregate triumph.
