Ghanaian youngster Yussif Saidu has been named in the Real Zaragoza matchday squad to face Sporting Gijon on Sunday, after signing a permanent deal with the Spanish club.
The 20-year-old has been on loan at the Blanquillo team for the third consecutive season, and after an outstanding performance in the first team, Real Zaragoza have signed him permanently.
According to a club notice, Saidu has signed a contract that keeps him at the club until 2020.
“Real Zaragoza has exercised the purchase option included in the loan agreement for Yussif Saidu from Ghanaian side Dansoman Wise.
“Saidu has now committed to Real Zaragoza for the remainder of this season and four more years, and the club congratulates him on this important step in his career. We're still together, Saidu,” an official club notice said.
Ahead of the club’s encounter against Sporting Gijon on Sunday evening, the forward has been named in the matchday squad.
