Ghana international Kwasi Sibo beleives Otto Addo deserves to lead the Black Stars to the 2026 World Cup next summer.
The 49-year-old's future remains uncertain despite guiding the team to secure qualification to compete at teh global showpiece.
Addo has been criticised by some sections of the fans for the inconsistent performance of the team.
However, Sibo beleives the former Borussia Dortmund talent coach has done enough to lead the Black Stars in the US, Canada and Mexico.
"Personally, I feel he has done a great job, and he is still doing a great job for the national team. Since I came to the national team, whatever tactics he has given to us, whatever instructions he gives before a game, when we deliver, we get the results," Sibo told Joy Sports.
"My personal experience has been great, and I think he is a good guy to lead the nation to the World Cup," the Real Oveido midfielder added.
Since coming into the national team fold, Sibo has started all three games, ensuring the Black Stars finished their World Cup qualification campaign on a high.
Ghana will start their buildup to the World Cup with friendlies against Japan and South Korea next month.
The Black Stars will discover their group phase opponents on December 5.
