Hearts of Oak coach Didi Dramani has urged his players to remain consistent after their hard-fought 2-0 victory over Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park.
Second-half goals from Hamza Issah and Mawuli Wayo in the 64th and 90+5th minutes sealed a crucial away win for the Phobians, who continue their strong start to the season.
“We need to stay consistent and recognize that we still have much work to do to improve,” he said after the game. “It’s a good result, but we can’t get carried away. What matters most is building momentum and staying disciplined in our play," he told Hearts of Oak TV.
The win lifts Hearts of Oak to second place on the Ghana Premier League table with 12 points, just one point behind leaders Medeama SC.
Dramani, who has emphasized teamwork and discipline since taking charge, will now prepare his side for a tough test against defending champions Bibiani Gold Stars in their next fixture.
