Danish-Ghanaian forward Noah Nartey found the net for Brøndby IF in their thrilling 3-3 draw against AGF Aarhus in the Danish Superligaen.
Nartey, who started and impressed for 79 minutes, doubled Brøndby’s lead in the 51st minute with a neat left-footed finish after combining beautifully with Marko Divkovic. The 21-year-old’s sharp movement and energy delighted the home fans at Brøndby Stadion.
Earlier, Jacob Ambæk had opened the scoring in the 20th minute, while Divkovic later made it 3-1 in the 69th minute, assisted this time by Nartey, who was having an inspired performance.
However, Brøndby’s joy turned to frustration as AGF fought back late. Tobias Bech pulled one back in the 86th minute before Stefen Tchamche headed home in added time to snatch a dramatic equalizer.
Despite the draw, Brøndby showed attacking intent but struggled to control possession, managing just 38% compared to AGF’s 62%.
Brøndby IF will now shift focus to their upcoming league fixture against OB on October 27.
