Bechem United goalkeeper Benjamin Asiedu has praised his team's performance despite their 1-0 loss to Heart of Lions in the Ghana Premier League. Asiedu believes the scoreline doesn't accurately reflect the team's efforts on the pitch.I think without a doubt Heart of Lions are a good side. They played really well, but we also didnt do badly at all, Asiedu said in a post-match interview.For me, the scoreline is not a true reflection of the game. We deserved a point or maybe all three points. But thats football, he added.Asiedu's comments highlight his satisfaction with the team's performance, despite the disappointing result. Bechem United will now look to bounce back from this loss when they face unbeaten Hearts of Oak on October 3.The team currently sits 15th in the league table, just above the relegation zone, after suffering their second defeat of the season.
