The head coach of Bechem United, Desmond-Issah Botchway, has urged supporters to continue believing in the team despite their slow start to the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
The Hunters are winless in their first two matches of the new season, having lost their opening fixture against Bibiani Gold Stars and drawing their Week 2 contest against Holy Stars.
Speaking ahead of the Week 3 clash against Heart of Lions, Desmond-Issah Botchway rallied Bechem United supporters to back the team, assuring them that the team will make them smile in the upcoming games.
“I want to tell the fans that they shouldn’t relent. The season is not yet over. It’s just two matches into the season. We will make them smile at the right time,” the Bechem United coach told Bechem United TV.
On the match against Heart of Lions, Coach Desmond-Issah Botchway said his team is preparing to go all out for the three points.
“We are working hard to make sure we pick all three points. We know we are going to play a very tough match against Kpando Heart of Lions. We are building gradually, and before Sunday, we will be ready. We are going in with all our might to make sure we claim the maximum three points,” he said.
The Week 3 fixture between Heart of Lions and Bechem United will be played on Sunday, September 28.
