Ghana’s largest telecommunication network, MTN has reiterated its resolve to make the businesses and lives of its subscribers much easier by investing in the latest cutting-edge technology.
MTN with its 4G service is promising an enhanced, seamless and unmatched data experience for existing and prospective clients.
Speaking at the MTN Y’ello customers’ soiree in Kumasi on Saturday, Customer Relations Manager, Jemima Kotei-Walsh told journalists that: “Currently we’ve launched the 4G technology and that is to bring better experience in the data space to our customers and enrich their lives; so that’s how it is important for us to be current with technology.”
“Our business keeps evolving and year after year we invest heavily in the business to meet the customers’ growing needs”, Madam Kotei-Walsh added.
“The 4G service runs on 4G LTE advanced technology and also uses the combination of the 800MHz and 2600MHz for carrier aggregation, which is an enhancement on the 4G LTE experience.”
The MTN Y’ello soiree, according to the network was about celebrating their numerous customers and thanking them for their business by patronising their products and services.
“Just as our customers are to us, we also take time out to also give back and say thank you for keeping our business climbing. We see our customers as our partners and they are important stakeholders; without them, we would not be here.”
She continued saying: “This year in particular, we’ve gone out to say we’re on our customers’ side so everything we do is around our customers and it’s about thanking them for their loyalty.”
The soiree held at the Golden Bean Hotel further saw some dedicated MTN Ghana agents, including mobile money vendors rewarded for their service.
