The second semifinal contest in the ongoing National Science and Maths Quiz takes stage.
In action are the defending champions, St Peter’s Boys’ SHS, one-time finalist, Wesley Girls’ SHS, and Tepa SHS.
The defending champions have won the competition three times and are hoping for at least a presence in the grand finale.
Wesley Girls’ SHS, however, are keen on their second appearance at the grand finale and a chance to be the first girls’ school to win the ultimate. They defeated four-time champions, Prempeh College and two-time winners, Achimota School to get to this point.
However, competing against the two top dogs is Tepa SHS.
They are undeniably underdogs but have had a good run to this point. They defeated Accra Academy and St John’s Grammar to qualify for the semifinal.
Can the Ashanti Region-based school defy the odds and make it to the grand finale?
