For the chairmanship position, Mr Bernard Owusu was elected to fill the post. He takes over from Alex Opoku-Nyarko.
Mr Owusu until he was elected Chairman of TUC, was the National Chairman of the General Transport Petroleum Chemical Workers Union (GTPCWU).
Bernard Owusu polled 347 votes to defeat Alex Opoku-Nyarko, who was seeking to extend his tenure.
