Herbal medicine practitioner donates GH¢30k to “Heal KATH” Project  

The Founder of Kumasi-based Ebenage Herbal Production and Consult, Dr. Ebenezer Agyeman has committed GH¢30,000 to the “Heal Komfo Anokye” Project.

Aside the donation, Ebenage Herbal Production and Consult has put aside a percentage of its sales in support of the project.

He also presented a box each of the company’s three products, HEPS-PLUS, PAVI and PLUSMOX Herbal Mixtures to the project’s manager.

Dr. Agyeman explained that he was inspired by the initiative made by the Asante Overlord Otumfuo Osei Tutu II to rejuvenate the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) built about 70 years ago.

Receiving the cheque, the Medical Director of Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Dr. Kwadwo Saaben, acknowledged Dr. Agyeman’s support and assured him the donation would be appropriately used for its intended purpose.

He called on the public for their continued support for the successful completion of the project on schedule.

The Heal Komfo Anokye Project, inaugurated by the Asantehene on November 10, 2023 seeks to raise $10 million to refurbish the infrastructure and healthcare services at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH).
