There’s no unity in the film industry – Grace Nortey

Veteran actress, Madam Grace Nortey has stated that Ghana’s Film Industry lacks unity, which explains the reason for the industry staggering.

In a Facebook Live interview with Mawuko Kuadzi, manager of award winning young actor, Abraham Attah, Mrs. Nortey revealed that, “the reason why the industry is going backwards is because most directors, actors and actresses aren’t on good terms with each other.”

Comparing the previous film industry’s zeal and togetherness to the current industry, she feels there is something wrong.

She said the industry will only grow when investors are united and also make the right priorities.

Ghana’s movie industry has come under scrutiny by movie lovers with a lot trying to find out the reason for the fall in quality.
