Hearts of Oak head coach Didi Dramani has heaped praise on his players after their impressive 4-2 triumph over Medeama SC in their final Ghana Premier League match of the 2025/26 season.
The Phobians hosted the league champions at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday in a fixture that brings their season to a close.
In the pulsating encounter that ensued between the two teams, Hearts of Oak emerged winners, as Mawuli Wayo netted a brace to lead the side to victory.
In a post-match interview, Didi Dramani praised his players' performance, expressing appreciation for their commitment to the team’s cause.
“I think that keeping consistency and your purpose in the right approach you put in place is so key. Irrespective of how it’s going, you need to be more front-looking and then keep your purpose upright
“Unfortunately, I don’t score goals. It’s the players. I keep acknowledging the efforts, the energy, the intensity and aggression that we bring in our play, which is our identity and also the commitment of the boys, which has produced this result,” Dramani said.
The win against Medeama SC sees Hearts of Oak finishing in the top four of the Ghana Premier League standings at the end of the season.
