Twenty-five participants, comprising six females and 19 males, have reported to the Ghana Football Association Technical Centre in Prampram to begin the CAF Licence B Module I Coaching Course.
The Module I programme will run for ten days and will feature a combination of classroom-based theory and practical field sessions. Upon completion of the module, participants will be required to undertake a mandatory one-month internship with a club of their choice as part of the certification process.
The course also includes a FIFA mentor-mentee mentorship component, with presentations and guided sessions led by five experienced coach educators. This aspect of the programme is aimed at strengthening technical understanding, professional development, and practical coaching application.
FIFA Technical Expert Zunaid Mall arrived in Ghana on Monday, February 2, 2026, and has since been engaging participants through interactive mentorship sessions.
As part of the broader mentorship framework, the participants are expected to continue the FIFA mentorship programme in Rwanda later this month, extending into February, as they progress through the course.
