Ghanaian-Italian forward Karen Amoakoah Appiah netted her first goal in the Women's Serie A for AC Milan to lead the Rossoneris back to winning ways.
The teen sensation needed only two minutes to register her name on the scoresheet as AC Milan Women strolled to a 2-0 victory over Napoli.
Appiah, who has been on the radar of the Black Queens, replaced Thea Kyvag in the 92nd minute and two minutes later sealed victory with a composed finish inside the box. It is her second goal for the senior side this season, having scored her first in the Cup game against Ternana in September.
Meanwhile, in a keenly contested encounter on Saturday after, Scottish forward Christy Grimshaw opened the scoring for AC Milan before Appiah's last-gasp strike.
Appiah has been switching between the first team and the U19's, as she continues to develop her talent in Italy.
Despite being born in Italy, she is eligible to represent Ghana at senior level.
