Defender of Medeama Sporting Club, Yussif Mubarik, has promised supporters a win in their upcoming Ghana Premier League encounter against Asante Kotoko.
The team from Tarkwa is travelling to Kumasi this weekend to take on the Porcupine Warriors in a Week 12 fixture of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
Speaking in a pre-match interview, Yussif Mubarik appealed to the Medeama SC supporters to make their way to the match venue on the matchday to cheer on the players to victory.
He assured that the players are ready to give their all to ensure the worst result at full time will be a draw against Asante Kotoko.
“Our target is to get all the points or a point in Kumasi. So the supporters should expect either a win or a draw. They need to come with us to Kumasi to back us. It will encourage us to fight more for the results and make things easy for us,” Yussif Mubarik told Medi TV.
The upcoming contest between Asante Kotoko and Medeama SC will be played on Sunday, November 30, and is scheduled to kick off at 3 pm at Baba Yara Stadium.
