Hearts of Oak head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani says the club is still shaping a clear identity and long-term direction as they navigate a difficult start to the season.
The Phobians sit sixth on the Ghana Premier League table after 11 rounds, having managed four wins, six draws and a single defeat in the 2025/26 campaign.
Despite the inconsistent form, Dramani has urged calm, noting that the team is still in the early stages of its development.
"It is just the first phase of everything that we are doing. In terms of putting in (desirable) performance," the former Black Stars assistant coach said ahead of their Matchday 12 game against Vision FC on Saturday.
He stressed that establishing a recognizable style must remain the club’s priority.
"But I think one key aspect to emphasise in terms of performance is that we need to have a clear identity and direction which tells who we are and which tells where we want to go," he added.
Dramani added that this vision must be shared across the club.
"In going about our style of play (hopefully), everybody aligns with this. Even our supporters, management."
Hearts of Oak host Vision FC at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium, with kick-off set for 16:00 GMT.
