Ibrahim Tanko took a calm look at the result after Medeama were held to a 0-0 draw by Bechem United in Tarkwa.
His team stayed at the top of the Ghana Premier League, yet the coach knew they had let a good chance slip away.
The Mauve and Yellow enjoyed long spells of possession and pushed forward often, but they could not find the goal to reward their effort. Supporters watched chance after chance go unanswered, and frustration slowly grew around the stadium.
Tanko admitted that Bechem came well prepared to defend and break when possible, making the match difficult for the home side.
"We had most of the ball but I think the last bite was not there looking at how Bechem came I mean they came with a plan. They came to play with all the men behind the ball they came to counter and it work for them very well. We didn't have patience to finish our build up and all these but I think they did very well and one point is better than none," he said after the game.
Medeama remain top with 22 points, but the chase behind them is getting tight.
