The head coach of Hohoe United, Tijani Bashiru, has assured supporters that his team's performance will be much better after Week 10 of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
After nine games in the league, the team from Hohoe sits 11th in the table, having only amassed 10 points on the back of two wins, four draws, and three defeats.
Speaking ahead of his team's next match against Dreams FC, Tijani Bashiru disclosed that his team is working on improving their defense, after identifying that department as their weakest link.
"After the game against Vision, we came back and started training on Monday, so I think we are just correcting our mistakes that we did during the game against Nations. The problem we have is in our defense, so we are trying to get them on board and to try and defend well.
"We are just unlucky sometimes but we will see a better Hohoe United after matchday 10," Tijani Bashiru told Hohoe United TV.
The Week 10 fixture between Dreams FC and Hohoe United will be played on Sunday, November 16. The match is scheduled to kick off at 3 pm at Tuba AstroTurf.
