Medeama SC Chief Executive Officer, Mr. James Essilfie, has disclosed that the club is on a mission to develop a distinctive football identity modeled after the attractive and tactical style of FC Barcelona.
Speaking on WestGold Radio 106.3 FM in Takoradi, the experienced football administrator outlined the club’s long-term vision to blend entertainment with success on the pitch, ensuring supporters enjoy every game while maintaining consistent results.
"Our aim is to play like Barcelona - beautiful football that entertains our supporters and brings good results at the same time," Mr. Essilfie stated.
He emphasized that beyond chasing titles, Medeama want to cultivate a brand of football that excites fans and earns admiration across the continent.

Medeama, the 2022-2023 Ghana Premier League champions, continue to establish themselves as one of Ghana’s top-performing sides, both domestically and in continental competitions.
