Sports Minister Kofi Adams has downplayed reports of tension between his office and the Ghana Football Association (GFA) over the Black Stars’ budget for the Chad clash.
Adams explained that his leadership approach is based on teamwork and problem-solving rather than conflict.
"We have a good working relation. I work with everybody and one thing about me is that I first don’t see people as problems. If you put me somewhere to go and work, I don’t see the people as problem. I try to see the problems and see how we can relate to deal with the problems," he told Peace FM as monitored by Ghanasoccernet.com
"But if I try and it gets to a point and I see that the problems we seen maybe the human factor is also huge and the human factor the human is not allowing us to correct it then I add you a problem,"
His comments followed reports of a rift with the GFA over the Black Stars’ match budget before their 1-1 draw against Chad.
