The head coach of Medeama Sporting Club, Ibrahim Tanko, has indicated that his team is aware of the threat posed by Hohoe United ahead of their upcoming Ghana Premier League encounter.
The Yellow and Mauves are travelling to Hohoe this weekend to take on the Week 8 opponent of the 2025/26 Ghanaian top-flight league campaign on Saturday, November 1.
Speaking to Medi TV ahead of the clash, Ibrahim Tanko described Hohoe United as a good side with a top coach.
Wary of the threat posed by the opponent, the Medeama SC coach has assured supporters that his side will come up with the right strategy to ensure they secure victory at the end of the game.
“They are a very good side with a very good coach, and we saw them in their first match against Hearts of Oak. We have watched them, and so definitely we are going to map up a strategy that we think will overcome them,” Ibrahim Tanko said.
The Week 8 fixture between Hohoe United and Medeama SC will kick off at 3 pm at Hohoe Sports Stadium.
Medeama SC head into the match as league leaders, with Hohoe United currently 10th on the league log.
