Hearts of Oak coach Didi Dramani believes his team still has room for improvement despite their convincing 2-0 victory over Berekum Chelsea in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
The Phobians ended a two-game winless streak with a composed performance at the Golden City Park, maintaining their unbeaten start to the 2025/26 campaign.
Goals from Hamza Issah and Mawuli Wayo secured all three points for the visitors, extending their impressive record against Chelsea to ten games without defeat.
Issah broke the deadlock in the 62nd minute, capitalising on a defensive lapse following a corner, before Wayo sealed the win in stoppage time after reacting swiftly to a rebound.
Speaking after the match, Dramani praised his side’s effort but emphasised the need for further progress.
“I think there’s still more to improve. I have always said it â we have to remain consistent and very, very sustainable,” he said.
“We’re still in the early days of the season; we have a lot to improve on, both as individual players and as a team.”
The result lifts Hearts to third on the table with three wins and three draws, while Berekum Chelsea remain near the drop zone ahead of their next fixture against Young Apostles.
