Dreams FC midfielder Chris Yaovi has urged his teammates to stay focused despite their poor start to the Ghana Premier League season.
The Still Believe side has endured a rough beginning to the 2025/26 campaign, failing to secure a win in their opening five matches. With four defeats and one draw, Dreams FC currently sit 17th out of 18 teams on the league table.
Speaking ahead of their clash with Nations FC, Yaovi told Dreams FC TV that the squad remains determined to turn things around. “Yeah, even though we didn't start the game the league as expected but we are not putting our heads down. We are even focused more than the previous game and we I think this coming Saturday we are coming out victorious.”
Dreams FC showed glimpses of their potential in a midweek friendly, beating Sporting Club FC 3-1. Fans are hopeful that the convincing win will boost morale as they seek their first league victory this weekend.
